BigPot stores wallet addresses, optional profile settings, chat messages, referral signals, usage data, indexed on-chain events, and error diagnostics needed to operate and secure the Services.

We do not collect seed phrases, private keys, KYC documents, payment cards, biometric data, or precise location data. Never send private keys or seed phrases to support.

Data is used to run heists, show pixel ownership, distribute rewards, prevent abuse, maintain security, debug failures, and comply with lawful requests.

The Services may use infrastructure providers such as Solana RPCs, Helius, Supabase, Railway, Vercel, AWS KMS, Sentry, wallets, explorers, and marketplaces.

This Privacy Policy is implementation-ready for staging and requires legal sign-off before public mainnet launch.
