Terms of Service

By connecting a wallet, signing a message, buying a pixel, claiming rewards, or minting an NFT, you agree to the BigPot Terms, Privacy Policy, and Risk and Legal Disclaimer.

BigPot is a non-custodial Solana application. You are responsible for your wallet, private keys, transaction approvals, and jurisdictional compliance.

You must be at least 18, legally allowed to use blockchain games and digital assets where you live, and not located in a restricted or sanctioned jurisdiction.

Pixels are speculative game entries. Claim eligibility and payouts are bound to on-chain state and committed Merkle roots. Historical test or deprecated Merkle artifacts may be blocked from claim.

A heist reveals only if at least 5,001 of 10,000 pixels are sold. When that threshold is reached, the verifiable randomness flow selects Grand and Crew winners from the sold-pixel set only. If fewer than 5,001 pixels are sold, the heist may cancel and route buyers through the supported refund path.

Purchases are final except for explicit cancelled-heist refund paths supported by the on-chain program. You may win nothing and may lose everything you commit.

$PIXEL is intended as ecosystem utility and governance. It is not intended to represent equity, debt, guaranteed profit, or a claim on company assets.

You may not exploit bugs, bypass rate limits, submit false ownership or claim data, attack infrastructure, access secrets, or use the Services for illegal activity.

These Terms are implementation-ready for staging and require legal sign-off before public mainnet launch.
